4. Intellectual Property
● Client owns custom software/code/content after full payment
● MH TRADERS may showcase work unless NDA restricts
5. Confidentiality
All client data is confidential; disclosed only with consent or legal requirement.
6. Project Revisions
Minor revisions included; major changes may incur additional charges.
7. Cancellation Policy
Written notice required; client may owe payment for work completed. Refund policy applies.
8. Limitation of Liability
No liability for indirect/consequential loss, third-party delays, or client negligence.
9. Force Majeure
Not responsible for events beyond control (disasters, outages, government restrictions).
10. Governing Law
Laws of Pakistan; disputes resolved in courts of Lahore, Punjab.
